On the way!!

As i missed last week i was aprehesive about this weeks weigh in. Didnt know how I would do, my scales at home indicated a gain but im not sure how accurate they are.

Very very busy day at work, so grabbed porridge when i started working and didnt stop till lunchtime! Had cous cous for lunch and had drank loads of coffee in the morning so that gave me a little headache.

Even though I was busy, still mangaged to finish early and get back home.

Got to class and the scales said I had a 2.5 pound loss!! :-) That was such a weight off my shoulders! 2.5 pounds of weight to be exact!

Mysterious girl came round for tea. She lost 2 pounds! :-) We are both big losers!! I did us a recipe I found on the slimming world website. Was maccaroni cheese bake (see website for details) I did it with new potatoes with a tiny bit of olive oil and chives. It tasted too good to be true!! but i followed the recipe so it should be all good. We were so full after we could hardly move!!

Starting Weight - 17st 0.5 pounds

Loss this week - 2.5 pounds

Total weight loss - 39 pounds

Current weight - 14st 3.5 pounds

Happy Chappie

Well, had an amazing weekend with Mysterious Girl. Things went better than planned.

We didnt stick to SW, but that can be understood. We didnt go mental, just had a few bottles of wine and the odd pizza :-S

No Class this week as its been canceled. I got on my own scales and id had a gain, so good job really! Mysterious girl lost a pound! She is so jammy!

Invited her round for tea and cooked a slimming world meal, all off the website.

I did Steak with a peppercorn sauce with green beans and roast butternut squash. For dessert I did a chocolate mousse with a rasberry coolie. It went down well. There was nothing left on our plates! Makes a change to pasta in sauce!!

Its great to be back in the kitchen again! Cooking proper food that is! Im sure there will be plenty more of those to come! There is loads of stuff on the website! I found it hard to choose what to do!

Theft

Good news at the weekend. I weigh less than my brother! Which means i can nick his clothes! Nicked a pair of his jeans and stole a couple of tops. What he doesnt know cant hurt him can it!!



Another great slimming world week. A few bits here and there but nothing to write home about. Im spending the weekend with mysterious girl this week, so im really looking forward to that. Not sure how the diet will go but we will have to see. We both like red wine so we said we would drink some of that. We could cook SW style over the weekend but we will cross that bridge when we come to it!



Still having porridge, ive got used to it now and i still really like it! I dont miss having sugar in either, tastes sweet enough to me.



Cous Cous for lunch. Eating light again due to weigh in.



Got to class, scales said a 3 pound loss. nice one :-)

Everything is good!!

So, things are looking great at the moment!

Ive recently met someone which i thought i would never do! She is an amazing girl . She doesnt want to be named on here so ill refer to her as "Mysterious Girl" One good thing about mysterious girl is that she also does slimming world!! So it will be great for both of us! We will be able to support each other and do the whole slimming world thing together! :-)

Buying clothes is so much easier at the moment. I can just pick jeans or t-shirts up and know they will fit without me trying them on! Plus i can find the size in pretty much every shop!

My self esteem is at an all time high, what with mysterious girl, clothes and weight loss!

Had a good week, nothing bad at all either! Stuck to it 100 percent!

The scales at class say a 3.5 pound loss. I was extactic! So I should be with the great week i have had!

Although, I havent felt very hungry of late, ive been forcing food into me which is something i have never had to do!

Had quorn sausages and mash for tea, with beans. Was so full after i couldnt move!

Time gone so quick!

Havent had time to do the blog at all these past few weeks. One reason is no time at work and no internet connection at home!!

Still been having porridge for breakfast etc etc. Nothing much has changed except my waste size :-)

Im now down to a 36" waste! Thats from a 42" i would have never thought i would be in a 36"!!

Im now buying large tops insted of xxl or xl and they fit great and dont look baggy!!

There have also been a few things that have happend but ill wait and see how they turn out before i jump the gun!

Some idiot pulled out on my while i was on my motorbike and a came off. Was only going about 10 miles an hour but ive really hurt my shoulder and they guy said it was my fault! Im sure ill find out what happends in about 17 months time when the insurance sort things out!!

My slimming world tale goes like this.

29/10/08 - loss - 3 pounds

5/11/08 - loss - 1.5 pounds (Probably due to a big sunday lunch i had)

Had a really good week this week, didnt have too much i shouldnt, just the odd quality steet at work, nothing the diet police need to arrest me for.

The scales at class said a 2.5 pound loss. I was happy with that, due to last weeks result. Its all going the right way. Everyone is saying it is really showing now, my clothes fit better and I feel great!!

Had scrambles eggs on brown toast for tea, filled me up good and proper!!

Eaten some crap

Have been really busy at work again this week, had a few naughty things i shouldnt have had. Id like to say it wasnt choclate, or a muffin, but i cant!! But im not letting those get me down! Plus im 25 tommorow and that doesnt help!! I can remember when i was 14 and couldnt wait to be 25. But now i am 25, i want to be 14 again!!

Anyway, enough of my quarter life crisis!

Porridge again! Although i did have it at work as over slept a bit this morning, so had it while i was logging on.

Lunch was pasta in sauce, chicken flavor and tried not to drink much as its weigh in tonight.

Arrived at class. There i was hardly anyone there!! Pretty much me and about 3 or 4 other people there!

Scales said a 3 pound loss, was really happy with that! seeing as i had a few bad things. Im sure they will come back and haunt me at some point!

Had pasta in sauce for tea. I love it!! Used to eat these all the time when i lived in leeds, except then i used to put loads of butter in. Just water and a little milk now though :-)

Bad week

Ok, so ive had a bit of a bad week this week. Had things i shouldnt but not in excess. Had a few chip shop chips on friday, and some white bread over the weekend. Plus some sweets but like i said, nothing in excess!

Breakfast was porridge, im sticking with it! and im loving it!!

My work clothes are getting so baggy!! Im down the the last hole in my belt and I started on the first one!!

Peoples remarks are getting more and more and im feeling great.

Lunch was cous cous again. I know I know, getting like the jacket and beans, but it fills me up and im ready to get back to work after!

Arrived at class a little late as I had to finish work late. Well, late for me is 5 past seven. Im a stickler for time. I always like to be early, except one exception ;-)

Scales said a 2.5 pounds loss!! Was suprised as i had a lot of rubbish over the weekend but ill take it!! Slimmer of the week again :-)

Tea was scrabbled egg on borwn toast as i couldnt be bothered cooking and was really tired due to a busy day at work!
