I am feeling suprisingly confident about weigh in today. Trousers seem the same but I am optimistic!
Breakfast. 1 Banana and orange juice.
I had to force down my breakfast this morning, I just wasnt in the mood but it went down eventually. It was quite cold on the scooter this morning but got to work in 10 minutes again! The traffic was really bad and I just gave them dust!! Had a chat with a fellow biker at the lights. We were chatting about the coldness. It didnt last long as the lights changed!
Lunch. Cous Cous, Light lunch, wasnt really hungry.
Now, I am 100% sure my stomach has shrunk. After the cous cous i felt as full I would after eating a jacket and beans! Me and debs are always having cous cous now! Its the new thing at work! Felt peckish at about 3pm so I had a muller light yog.
Monday and tuesday were very good days! Had Chickpea Dahl on monday and Asda Bombay potatoes on tuesday with rice. It wasnt as nice as chickpea Dahl but was still nice!
I dont know if im doing right about syns. I dont really want any. Im using them with the micro rice etc but im not the kind of person that has to have the syns because they are there! I dont know how this will lead me in the future but only time will tell!
Arrived at slimming world in the car tonight as it was extra cold!! Plus I like to look presentable at meetings, I dont fancy the idea of turning up with helmet hair!
Another 3 pounds off this week! Im well chuffed!! Thats over a stone I have lost now in just over a month! Im guessing things will slow down but starting the gym again next week so they should iron out! There is a nice fella there who has lost alot of weight and is near his target who has only put on a pounds a couple of times, so he is my inspiration. I asked him if he wanted to come to our gig on the 24th as he is in a band too and he said he would try and make it!!
Tea. Quorn sausage and mash. Didnt really think about tea. I threw it down while watching the tube and felt satisfied afterwards.
Starting Weight - 17st 0.5 pounds
Loss this week - 3 pounds
Total weight loss - 16.5 pounds
Current weight - 15st 12 pound
Night time snackage - Nil (Smugness)
