Ive started to get into porridge for breakfast. I am really enjoying it! I think there is something about having something warm for breakfast! Also its keeping me hunger free till lunch time which is a bonus.
Somebody recomended scotts oats which are in sachets. They just happen to have the right amount in the pack also :-)
Had pasta in sauce for lunch, been along time since ive had those, they dont taste free though, im scepticle!
Arrived at class and queued to weigh in. 4 Pounds off!! Was well pleased! Got slimmer of the week also :-)
